Because of this made-to-order process, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color, and any personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please don’t worry—we’re here to help.
Email us at Contact – Hello Aurie within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the error was on our end, we’ll happily arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
