1. How long does shipping take?

All items are made-to-order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus standard shipping time:

  1. Canada: 3-10 business days (Delivery times may vary)
  2. United states: 5 - 15 business days (Delivery times may vary)

      -> We only sell and ship in Canada and USA

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package.


2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every Hello Aurie product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Please double-check your size and personalization details before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.


3. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed.

If you need to make an adjustment, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.


4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, email us at Contact – Hello Aurie within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll quickly provide a replacement if the issue was on our end.


5. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
